How do I delete or cancel my account?

If something isn’t working or you’re having an issue, our support team would love the chance to help before you delete your account.
Once an account is deleted, it can’t be restored, so please make sure this is what you want.

How to downgrade or delete your account
You can downgrade or delete your account by following the steps below, or by clicking this link:
📱 On mobile
- Log in
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner
- Go to My Profile
- Tap Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Choose Downgrade or Delete account
💻 On desktop
- Log in
- Click your profile name in the top-right corner
- Select Settings
- Click Delete Account
- Choose Downgrade or Delete account
Choose what works best for you
If you’re a paid member, you’ll see two options:
- Downgrade to a free account – keep your profile and come back anytime
- Delete your account – permanently removes your account and data
Please remember: deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
