I Sent the Order — Why Haven’t I Received Tokens?

First: Check the Deal Status

Make sure:

• The deal is marked as Completed
• You clicked Request Token Release
  • Log in to the specific deal and click on REQUEST TOKEN PAYOUT

Next: Message the Buyer

Send a polite reminder via private message (not live chat) so it’s attached to the deal. Example:

Hi! I’ve delivered your order and requested the token payout.

When you’re ready, please navigate to our deal on your Deals page and click Payout Tokens.

Sometimes buyers miss messages or need a little extra time.

If you haven’t heard back 36 hours after requesting the token payout, our support team is here to help.

Please contact Snifffr Support and include:

• A screenshot showing the private message you sent to the buyer
• A screenshot of the deal page

We’ll review the deal and do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
