I Sent the Order - Why Haven’t I Received Tokens?

First: Check the Deal Status

Ensure the deal is marked as Settlement Requested

• If not, log in to the specific deal and click on REQUEST TOKEN PAYOUT.
  • The buyer will receive a notification to release the tokens to you.

You have requested Token Payout, however the buyer has failed to act:

Send a polite reminder via private message (not live chat) Example:

Hi!

I’ve delivered your order and requested the token payout.

When you’re ready, please navigate to our deal on your Deals page and click Payout Tokens.
